The Best Roasted Corn

If you enjoy corn on the cob, you are going to love a simple oven roasted corn that requires no preparation at all. This is the simplest way to great corn and once you taste how delicious it is, you’ll never go back to those big unwieldy pots of boiling water.

The Right Way to Bake Potatoes

Baking a potato perfectly is not that simple but it’s also not that sophisticated. There are a few tips which you need to know and be familiar with. A conventional oven would take 1 to 1 ½ hours to bake your potatoes. On the other hand, a microwave would speed up the baking process but could destroy some of the nutrients of the potatoes, and usually it doesn’t yield a crispy potato skin, so better bake in a conventional oven to produce perfectly baked potatoes.

Now, let’s proceed to the 5 quick steps. The first thing to do is to pick the right kind of potatoes. Russet potatoes, either large or small, are the most suited for baking, and then grab some canola or olive oil and salt. Second, wash and scrub your potatoes well using a stiff-bristled brush and cold water, doing this will remove dirt but be careful not to peel off the skin. After you have cleaned well the potatoes, pierce them with a fork, stabbing them twice or thrice. These holes would allow the steam to escape during the baking process. The third step is to dry the potatoes with paper towels. When the potatoes are dry enough, coat the potatoes with a sufficient amount of the canola or olive oil. While doing this, preheat the oven. Fourthly, sprinkle the potatoes with a little salt while waiting for the oven to heat up. The final step is to arrange the oiled and salted potatoes in a baking sheet and bake them for an hour or more than an hour, depending on the size and quantity of potatoes. Wait until the potato skins are nicely puffed up, crispy and golden brown before taking them out from the oven. When baked potatoes are completely done, allow them to cool down to room temperature before cutting them crosswise and sprinkling with your favorite toppings. There you have it, easy made and yummy baked potatoes that can be garnished with a variety of delish toppings.

Recipes for Guacamole Dip

Everyone enjoys guacamole dip, but only a few know how to make the perfect guacamole! Guacamole is a delicious side dish, which can be served at cocktails and parties! There are a number of guacamole dip recipes. I’m here to tell you about one such recipe. The ingredients to make a guacamole dip are familiar, and you can easily find them in your fridge. You will need 6 ripe avocados, 3 large tomatoes, mashed garlic, 3 chopped onions, ? tsp fresh black pepper, ? cup shredded parsley, 1 tbsp olive oil, ? tsp salt, 11 cup fresh cilantro, 3 tbsp lemon juice and 2 green hot chilies. Place the avocadoes, onions, mashed garlic, tomatoes, green chilies, lemon juice and olive oil in a mixer. Mash everything for about 2 minutes. Stir in cilantro leaves, parsley, salt and black pepper. Place the guacamole in the refrigerator for about an hour. You can now serve your guacamole dip with nachos, chips or sandwiches!

It is an experiment to come up with a perfect Monkey bread recipe. I am thinking of a recipe which is a sweet and of course delicious. I can’t even tell what a perfect recipe is or not. It is always a challenge on how to come up such good recipe because coming up one will be extremely good. I can still remember the time when I learn how to bake monkey bread. It is such an exciting activity that I have experienced in my entire life. I can never forget the time which everybody in the family tasted the monkey bread. I can see it from their eyes that they are delighted with the flavor of my monkey bread. Also, I can admit it from myself that the monkey bread which I baked during the time tastes so different and I am happy knowing that they like it and of course of love it.
